I finished setting the sound booth back up today. It had been mostly finished for the last 3 years since it was moved down here. It has just been taking up space.
All that I had left to do was:
- Re-attached the acoustic foam to it
- Ran power into it.
- Hung the paper rest
- Hung the lamp.
Originally I was going to record the sound with my hard drive recorder from outside, due to the noise of the hard drive. But now I think that I will record directly to the iPad since it is solid state. As long as I am only recording one channel at a time that is. If I am going to record multiple channels I will still use my multi-track recorder.
