I attended a Zoom course hosted by Erin Fletcher at Herringbone Bindery. It was a Saturday and Sunday morning class and we completed 2 versions of the flatback case binding. It was a bunch of fun.

I bought a second set of supplies, and completed these as well.

The decorative cover art was purchased off of Etsy and printed on my Epson 15000 printer.

One book had a lighter set of end papers, and you can see the structure of the binding and the decorative paper covering through it.
